Walk-in & Shop Online
Don’t have a credit card but would like to shop online? No worries. At Zippy, we make it super easy for you to shop online and will get it done for you.
Walk-in at any of our outlets in Castries, Rodney Bay or Vieux Fort where one of agents would be happy to assist you.
Have a seat at our online shopping station, place the items in your shopping cart, pay and we will do the rest.
Package Tracking & Receiving
We will receive online orders and packages on your behalf at our warehouse facility in Florida. Once a package is received you will be alerted and your package(s) will be prepared for onward shipping to you. The details of the package(s) will be uploaded onto our tracking system which you can monitor 24/7 in your account dashboard to view the most up to date status. We'll also send you real time email updates as the status of your package changes.
With flights from the U.S to St Lucia, rest assured that your package will arrive within days after receiving it at our Florida fulfillment center. Once received, packages are processed to be shipped right away. Customers will be updated at each step and can track their package(s) online 24/7 via our web based tracking system. Our default method of shipping is by Air, however for bulky or heavy packages we recommend using our sea freight service.
